Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are handled through our printing company. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on their part will be handled at their expense. All claims must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
If the buyer changes their mind or wants a different size after the order has been placed, we will do our best to notify our printing company of the changes, but if the order is already being processed by our printing company there is nothing else we can do and no refunds will be issued.
In the case of packages that were shipped to the wrong address due to an error on your part, an extra charge for re-shipping the product may apply. If the package was lost in transit, it will be re-printed and re-sent at no cost to you. If the product was damaged in the mail, we ask for photo verification of the damaged goods, then our printing company has final say on sending out the replacement.
